개인정보처리방침

“주식회사 에이치비엔터테인먼트”(이하 “회사”라고 함)는 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률, 개인정보보호법, 통신비밀보호법, 전기통신사업법 등 정보통신서비스제공자가 준수하여야 할 관련 법령상의 개인정보 보호 규정에 따라 회원의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립, 공개합니다.

제1조 (수집하는 개인정보 및 수집방법)

모든 회원은 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 이용할 수 있고, 회원가입을 통해 회사의 다양한 서비스를 제공받을 수 있습니다. 이때 회사는 회원으로부터 아래의 원칙하에 개인정보를 수집합니다.

2. 관계 법령 준수를 위해 본인확인이 필요한 경우 회원의 이름, 생년월일, 성별, 본인인증값이 수집될 수 있습니다.

3. 서비스 제공을 위해 법정대리인의 동의가 필요한 경우 법정대리인의 이름, 생년월일, 성별, 본인인증값이 수집될 수 있습니다.

4. 회사는 회원의 개인정보를 웹 페이지 및 모바일을 통한 회원가입 외에도 전화, 팩스 또는 협력회사로부터의 제공을 통해 수집할 수 있습니다.

제2조 (개인정보의 수집•이용 목적)

회사는 다음과 같은 목적으로 회원의 개인정보를 수집 및 이용합니다.

1. 서비스 이용 및 관련 법령에 따른 본인 확인, 개인 식별, 불량회원 이용정지 및 부정 이용 방지와 비인가 사용 방지, 가입의사 확인, 만19세 미만 아동 개인정보 수집 시 법정대리인 동의여부 확인, 추후 법정대리인 본인확인, 관련 법령에 따른 기록보존, 불만처리 등 민원처리, 공지사항 전달, 회원탈퇴 의사의 확인 등을 위해 이용합니다.

2. 신규 서비스 개발 및 맞춤 서비스 제공, 통계학적 특성에 따른 서비스 제공 및 광고 게재, 서비스의 유효성 확인, 이벤트 및 광고성 정보 제공 및 참여기회 제공, 접속빈도 파악, 회원의 서비스 이용에 대한 통계 등을 위해 이용합니다. 다만, 이벤트 및 광고성 정보 제공 및 참여기회 제공 등 마케팅을 목적으로 회원의 개인정보를 이용하려는 경우에는 별도의 명시적인 회원 동의를 거쳐 이용합니다.

3. 보안, 프라이버시, 안전 측면에서 회원이 안심하고 이용할 수 있는 서비스 이용환경 구축을 위해 개인정보를 이용합니다.

제3조 (개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간)

회사는 회원의 개인정보를 회원이 회원가입을 하는 시점부터 회사가 회원에게 서비스를 제공하는 기간 동안에만 제한적으로 이용합니다. 회원이 회원탈퇴를 요청하거나 제공한 개인정보의 수집 및 이용에 대한 동의를 철회하는 경우 또는 수집 및 이용목적이 달성되거나 보유 및 이용기간이 종료한 경우 해당 회원의 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기됩니다. 다만, 다음의 정보에 대해서는 관계 법령의 규정에 따라 명시된 기간 동안 보존됩니다.

제4조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)

회사는 회원들의 개인정보를 제2조(개인정보의 수집·이용목적)에서 명시한 범위 내에서 이용하며, 이 범위를 초과하여 이용하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우는 예외로 합니다.

1. 회원들이 제3자 제공에 동의한 경우

2. 법령의 규정에 의거하거나 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

3. 회원의 생명이나 안전에 급박한 위험이 확인되어 이를 해소하기 위한 경우

제5조 (개인정보의 처리위탁)

1. 개인정보의 처리위탁이란 회사가 회원에게 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 데에 필요한 업무 중 일부를 외부 업체로 하여금 수행하도록 하는 것을 말하며, 위탁계약 시 관계 법령에 따라 개인정보가 안전하게 관리될 수 있도록 필요한 사항을 규정하고 있고, 이를 준수하도록 관리하고 있습니다.

제6조 (개인정보의 파기 및 별도 분리 보관)

회사는 원칙적으로 회원의 개인정보에 대해 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 회사의 개인정보 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

1. 파기절차

① 회원이 회원가입 등을 위해 입력한 정보는 목적이 달성된 후 별도의 DB로 옮겨져 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 의한 정보보호 사유에 따라(제3조 보유 및 이용기간 참조) 일정 기간 저장된 후 파기됩니다.

② 이 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 보유되는 이외의 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.

2. 파기방법

① 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.

② 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.

3. 휴면계정 전환을 통한 분리 보관

① 1년 동안 회사의 서비스를 이용하지 않은 국내 회원의 개인정보를 별도 분리 보관합니다.

② 별도 분리 보관된 회원은 휴면계정으로 전환되며, 휴면계정 전환 후 휴면계정 해제 신청 시 휴면계정이 해제됩니다.

③ 회사는 휴면계정의 분리 보관 기간이 도래하기 1개월 전에 이메일 등을 통해 해당 회원에게 관련 내용을 공지합니다.

제7조 (회원 및 법정대리인의 권리와 그 행사방법)

회사는 회원 및 법정대리인의 권리를 아래와 같이 보호합니다.

1. 회원은 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신 또는 자신의 만 19세 미만 미성년자의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있습니다. 만 19세 미만 미성년 회원의 법정대리인은 언제든지 회원의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있습니다.

2. 회원과 만 19세 미만 미성년 회원의 법정대리인은 언제든지 자신 및 만 19세 미만 미성년 회원의 법정대리인의 개인정보 제공에 관한 동의철회/회원가입해지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만, 그러한 경우 서비스의 일부 또는 전부 이용이 어려울 수 있습니다.

3. 회원과 만 19세 미만 미성년 회원의 법정대리인은 회원의 개인정보 조회, 수정을 위해서는 ‘개인정보변경(또는 회원정보수정)’을, 가입해지(동의철회)를 위해서는 ‘회원탈퇴’를 클릭하여 본인 확인 절차를 거친 후 열람, 정정 또는 탈퇴가 가능합니다.

4. 회사는 회원이 개인정보의 오류에 대한 정정을 요청한 경우, 정확한 개인정보의 이용 및 제공을 위해 정정이 완료될 때까지 회원의 개인정보를 이용하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 또한 이미 제3자에게 제공한 경우에는 정정 처리결과를 제3자에게 지체 없이 통지하여 정정이 이루어질 수 있도록 합니다.

제8조 (개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치 및 거부에 관한 사항)

회사는 회원들에게 특화된 맞춤서비스를 제공하기 위해서 회원들의 정보를 저장하고 수시로 불러오는 쿠키(Cookie)를 사용합니다.

1. 쿠키란 웹사이트를 운영하는데 이용되는 서버가 회원의 브라우저에 보내는 아주 작은 텍스트 파일로서 회원의 컴퓨터에 저장됩니다.

2. 회사는 쿠키를 통해 회원이 선호하는 설정 등을 저장하여 회원에게 보다 빠른 웹 환경을 지원하며, 편리한 이용을 위해 서비스 개선에 활용합니다. 이를 통해 회원은 보다 손쉽게 회사의 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 됩니다.

3. 회사는 쿠키를 통해 여러 서비스의 접속빈도, 방문시간, 각종 이벤트 참여도, 방문횟수 등을 분석하여 회원의 취향과 관심분야를 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 광고를 포함한 맞춤형 서비스를 제공합니다.

4. 회원은 쿠키 설치에 대한 선택권을 가지고 있습니다. 따라서 회원은 웹브라우저에서 옵션을 설정함으로써 모든 쿠키를 허용하거나, 쿠키가 저장될 때마다 확인을 거치거나, 아니면 모든 쿠키의 저장을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만, 쿠키의 저장을 거부할 경우에는 로그인이 필요한 일부 서비스의 이용에 제한이 생길 수 있습니다.

5. 쿠키 설치 허용 여부를 지정하는 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

① Internet Explorer의 경우 : 브라우저 상단 도구 메뉴 > 인터넷 옵션 > 개인정보 > 설정

② Chrome의 경우 : 브라우저 우측 설정 메뉴 > 화면 하단의 고급 설정 표시 > 개인정보의 콘텐츠 설정 버튼 > 쿠키

⓷ 모바일 APP의 경우에는 앱 내부의 자체 쿠키를 사용하며, 회원은 쿠키 삭제를 포함한 설정이 불가합니다.

제9조 (개인정보의 보호대책)

회사는 회원의 개인정보를 처리함에 있어서 다음과 같은 노력을 다합니다.

1. 회원 아이디의 비밀번호는 일방향 암호화되어 저장 및 관리되고 있어 본인만이 알고 있으며, 개인정보의 확인 및 변경도 비밀번호를 알고 있는 본인에 의해서만 가능합니다. 또한 법령에서 암호화를 요구하고 있는 비밀번호, 고유식별정보, 계좌번호 및 카드번호 외에 이메일 주소와 휴대폰 번호 등을 추가로 암호화하여 보관하고 있습니다.

2. 해킹이나 컴퓨터 바이러스 등에 의해 회원의 개인정보가 유출되거나 훼손되는 것을 막기 위해 정보통신망법상 기술적·관리적 보호조치 준수 등 관련 법령 준수를 위한 최선을 다하고 있습니다.

3. 회원의 개인정보를 처리하는 직원을 최소화하고 있으며, 그에 대한 수시 교육을 실시하고 있습니다.

4. 회사의 특정 서비스를 이용하기 위하여 회원이 업로드한 신분증사본 및 통장사본의 경우 이용 목적을 달성한 즉시 파기합니다.

제10조 (개인정보관리책임자 및 담당자의 연락처)

회사는 회원의 개인정보를 보호하고 궁금증을 해결, 불만 처리를 위해 다음과 같이 책임자를 지정하여 운영하고 있습니다. 회원은 관련 민원을 개인정보관리책임자 혹은 담당부서로 신고할 수 있습니다.

회사에 링크되어 있는 웹사이트들이 개인정보를 수집하는 행위에 대해서는 본 회사 “개인정보처리방침”이 적용되지 않음을 알려드립니다.

제12조 (개인정보처리방침의 변경)

본 개인정보처리방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경내용의 추가, 삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 개정 최소 7일 전부터 공지사항을 통하여 고지할 것입니다.

HB Entertainment Co., Ltd. (hereafter “company”) protects the personal information of its members in accordance with the personal information protection regulations of relevant laws that must be adhered to by information communication service providers, including the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Promotion, Personal Information Protection Act, Protection of Communication Secrets Act, Telecommunications Business Act, etc. Hence, the company establishes and discloses the following privacy policy in order to quickly and efficiently process relevant issues.

Article 1 (Personal Information Subject to Collection and Collection Method)

All members may use the services that are provided by the company and may receive various services from the company by registering as a member. The company shall collect personal information from the member as follows.

2. If identity verification is required in accordance with the law, the member’s name, date of birth, gender, and identity verification value may be collected.

3. If consent from the legal representative is required in order to provide services, the legal representative’s name, date of birth, gender, and identity verification value may be collected.

4. The company may collect the member’s personal information through phone, fax, or through a partner company in addition to membership registration on the website or mobile app.

Article 2 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The company shall collect and use the member’s personal information for the following purpose.

1. To verify identity in accordance with service use and relevant laws, identify individuals, suspend usage and prevent unauthorized use by delinquent members, prevent use by unauthorized individuals, verify intent to register, verify consent from the legal guardian when collecting the personal information of a member under 19 years of age, verify the identity of the legal representative in the future, store records in accordance with the law, process civil suits such as complaints, deliver announcements, and verify intent to delete account.

2. To provide the services that were agreed upon with the member and to provide payment, goods, and services from purchasing and using paid services.

3. To develop new services, provide customized services, provide services and post advertisements in accordance with statistical characteristics, verify the validity of service, provide event and advertisement information and provide a chance to participate, assess login frequency, and obtain statistics regarding the member’s server use. However, if the member’s personal information is to be used for marketing purposes, such as providing event and advertisement information and offer a chance to participate, the member’s explicit consent shall be received separately.

4. To build a service usage environment where the user can feel safe when using the service with respect to security, privacy and safety.

Article 3 (Personal Information Storage and Usage Period)

The company shall be limited in using the member’s personal information during the period between when the member registers for membership and the company provides services to the member. If the member requests to delete their account or withdraw their consent to collect and use the personal information that was provided, if the purpose of collecting and using the personal information was achieved, or when the storage and usage period expires, the member’s personal information shall be immediately deleted. However, the following personal information shall be stored for the prescribed period of time in accordance with relevant laws.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The company shall use the member’s personal information within the scope that is stipulated in Article 2 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information) and shall not use it beyond this scope nor provide it to a third party. However, the following cases are exceptions.

1. If the members agree to provide information to third parties

2. If there is a request from an investigative institution in accordance with the procedures and methods set forth by the law for the purpose of investigating or in accordance with the law

3. In order to resolve an urgent threat to the member’s life or safety

Article 5 (Entrustment of Processing Personal Information)

1. “Entrustment of processing personal information” refers to when the company allows an external company to handle part of the work that is necessary to provide various services to the member. The entrustment agreement shall stipulate the matters that are necessary for personal information to be managed safely in accordance with relevant laws, and the business shall be supervised so that they adhere to these terms.

2. The entrusted company and entrusted tasks for processing personal information are all follows.

Article 6 (Discarding Personal Information and Separate Storage)

Once the purpose of collecting and using the member’s personal information is achieved, the company shall immediately discard the information. The procedure and method of discarding personal information by the company are as follows.

1. Discarding Procedure

① After the purpose of the information that was entered by the member during membership registration is achieved, the information shall be transferred to a separate DB. It shall be stored for a set period in accordance with the reason for information protection in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to Article 3 Storage and Usage Period), and discarded thereafter.

② This personal information shall not be used other than for storage purposes except in accordance with the law.

2. Discarding Method

① Personal information that is printed in paper shall be shredded with a paper shredder or incinerated.

② Personal information that is stored in electronic files shall be deleted using a method that ensures that the records cannot be restored.

3. Separate Storage Through Dormant Account Conversion

① The personal information of domestic members who do not use the company’s services for 1 year shall be stored separately.

② Members who are stored separately shall be converted into dormant accounts. A dormant account may be reactivated when the member requested reactivation after being converted into a dormant account.

③ The company shall notify the member via e-mail at least one month before their account becomes dormant and stored separately.

Article 7 (Rights of the Member and Legal Representative and How to Exercise Rights)

The company shall protect the rights of the member and legal representative as follows.

1. The member may view or revise the registered personal information belonging to themselves or the minor under 19 years of age that they are representing at any time. The legal representative of the minor member under 19 years of age may view and revise the member’s personal information at any time.

2. The member or the legal representative of a minor member under 19 years of age may request to withdraw consent to providing personal information or delete their account at any time. However, the member shall be unable to use all or a portion of services.

3. The member or legal representative of a member under 19 years of age may view or correct their personal information or delete their account by completing the identity verification process after clicking “Change Personal Information (or Revise Member Information)” to view or revise personal information or clicking “Delete Account” in order to delete their account (withdraw consent).

4. If the member makes a request to make corrections to an error in their personal information, the company shall not use or provide the member’s personal information until the correction is made in order to use and provide accurate personal information. Moreover, if the information was already provided to a third party, the results of the correction shall be immediately sent to the third party so that corrections can be made on their end.

Article 8 (Installation of Automatic Personal Information Collection Device and Matters Regarding Denial)

The company uses cookies that constantly store and view the member’s information in order to provide personalized services.

1. Cookies are very small text files that are sent by the server that is used to run the website to the member’s browser and get stored in the member’s computer.

2. The company provides a faster web environment for the member through these cookies by storing the settings that are signaled by the member and uses cookies to improve services for enhanced convenience. Therefore, the member will be able to use the company’s services with more ease.

3. The company analyzes the login frequency of various services, visit time, level of participation in various events, visit frequency, etc. through cookies to assess the member’s preferences and areas of interest to provide personalized services including advertisements.

4. The member has the right to choose whether or not to install cookies. Therefore, the member can allow all cookies, have the browser ask each time cookies are stored, or deny all cookies by setting up the options in their web browser. However, if cookies are denied, the member may not be able to use some services that are required for login.

5. The method of choosing whether or not to allow cookies is as follows

Article 9 (Personal Information Protection Measures)

The company makes the following efforts to process the member’s personal information.

1. The member’s ID and password are unilaterally encrypted and stored and managed so that only the member knows the information. Only the person who knows the password can view and make changes to personal information. Moreover, in addition to the password, identifying information, bank account information, and card numbers that are required to be encrypted by law, the member’s e-mail address and mobile phone number are also encrypted and stored.

2. Efforts are made to adhere to relevant laws, such as the technical and administrative protection measures that are set forth in the Information and Communication Network Act in order to prevent the exposure and damage of the member’s personal information through a hack or computer virus.

3. The company minimizes the employees who handle the member’s personal information and conducts regular training on this particular subject.

4. The copy of the member’s identification and bankbook that is uploaded by the member in order to use certain services shall be immediately deleted once the purpose is achieved.

个人信息处理方针

“HB Entertainment株式会社”（以下简称“公司”）遵循《促进信息通信网的使用及信息保护等相关法律》、《个人信息保护法》、《通信秘密保护法》、《电气通信事业法》等有关法律的个人信息保护规定，据此制定并公开以下个人信息处理方针及管理方针等规定，以保护会员的个人信息，迅速、灵活地处理用户遇到的问题。

第一条（个人信息的收集•收集方法）

所有会员均可使用公司提供的服务，通过注册会员获得公司提供的多种服务。此时，公司从会员处根据以下原则收集个人信息。

2. 根据相关法令如需本人确认时，公司可收集会员的姓名、出生日期、性别、本人认证值。

3. 为提供服务需要法定代理人的同意时，公司可收集法定代理人姓名、出生日期、性别、本人认证值。

4. 在收集会员个人信息时，除了通过网页及手机注册会员外，公司还可以通过电话、传真或合作公司进行收集。

第二条（个人信息的收集•使用目的）

公司以以下目的收集及使用会员的个人信息。

1. 根据使用服务及相关法令进行本人确认、个人识别、不良会员停止使用、防止非法使用和非许可使用、确认加入意向、收集未满19周岁儿童个人信息时确认法定代理人同意与否、法定代理人本人确认、根据相关法令保存记录、处理不满意内容等投诉、转达通知、退出会员意向确认等。

2. 向会员提供约定的服务，用于购买及使用收费服务时的货款结算及财物•服务等供应。

3. 用于开发新服务及提供量身服务、根据统计学特性提供服务及刊登广告、确认服务的有效性、提供活动及广告信息和参与机会、掌握访问频度、统计会员的服务使用等。但以提供活动及广告信息和参与机会等营销为目的，使用会员个人信息时，需要另行明确获得会员同意。

4. 使用个人信息，在保密、隐私、安全方面建立一个良好的服务使用环境，以供会员安心使用。

第三条（个人信息的保留及使用期间）

公司使用会员个人信息仅限从会员注册会员开始至公司向会员提供服务期间。会员提出退出要求或撤回通过以收集和使用个人信息的同意时、达到收集及使用目的或保留及使用期间到期后，将立即删除会员的个人信息。但以下信息将依据相关法令的规定保留至规定的期间。

第四条（向第三方提供个人信息）

有关会员的个人信息，公司会在第二条（个人信息的收集•使用目的）明示的范围内使用，不超出该范围使用或提供给第3方。但以下情况可进行个人信息例外处理。

1. 会员同意向第三方提供时

2. 法律特别规定，或以调查为目的遵循法令步骤和方法不可避免的情况

3. 确认涉及会员紧急的生命、安全利益判断需要的情况

第五条（委托进行个人信息处理）

1. 委托进行个人信息处理是指公司向会员提供各种服务时，将所需业务中的一部分交由外部企业执行。签署委托协议后按照相关法令规定必要事项并严格遵守，以达到个人信息安全管理的目的。

第六条（个人信息的废除及分离保管）

原则上公司在达到收集及使用个人信息的目的后，将立即废除其信息。公司的个人信息废除步骤及方法如下。

1. 废除步骤

① 会员为注册会员而输入的信息在达到目的后将被转移到单独的数据库，根据内部方针及其他相关法令的信息保护事由（详见第3条保留及使用期间）保存一段时间后被销毁。

② 非法律规定情况下，这些个人信息除了保留以外不会用于其他目的。

2. 废除方法

① 纸张打印的个人信息使用碎纸机销毁。

② 电子档保存的个人信息使用无法复原的技术方法进行永久删除。

3. 通过休眠账户转换分离保管

① 对一年内未使用公司服务的韩国国内会员的个人信息进行分离保管

② 被分离保管的会员账户将转为休眠账户，申请解除休眠状态可解除休眠账户。

③ 公司在休眠账户分离保管期限到来的一个月前，通过电子邮件通知会员相关内容。

第七条（会员及法定代理人的权力及其履行方法）

公司对会员及法定代理人权力的保护如下。

1. 会员可随时查看或修改已注册的会员本人或本人代理的未满19周岁未成年人的个人信息。未满19周岁未成年人会员的法定代理人可随时查看或修改会员的个人信息。

2. 就本人及未满19周岁未成年会员法定代理人的个人信息提供，会员和未满19周岁未成年会员的法定代理人可随时要求撤回同意/解除会员注册。但这时可能无法使用部分或所有服务。

3. 会员和未满19周岁未成年会员的法定代理人想要查看•修改会员个人信息的，点击“个人信息变更（或会员信息修改）”；想要解除注册（撤回同意）的，点击“会员退出”。经过本人确认后，便可以阅览、修改或退出。

4. 公司在顾客要求修改错误的个人信息时，在修改完成前不使用该会员的个人信息或向外部提供。同时，已向第三方提供会员的个人信息时，立即将修改处理结果通知第三方进行处理。

第八条（个人信息自动收集装置及拒绝相关事项）

公司为了向会员提供定制式服务，使用可储存和随时导入会员信息的Cookie。

1. Cookie是网站向会员的电脑浏览器传送的小型文本文件，储存在会员的电脑里。

2. 公司通过Cookie储存会员喜欢的设定等，为会员提供更快的网络环境，并用于改善服务，实现更便利的使用。通过这些，会员可以更加轻松地使用公司的服务。

3. 公司通过Cookie分析多种服务的连接频率、访问时间、各种活动参与度、访问次数等，了解会员的兴趣和关心领域，并以此为基础提供包括广告在内的定制式服务。

4. 会员有权选择安装Cookie与否。因此，会员可以通过在浏览器中设定选项，允许保存所有Cookie，或者每次保存Cookie时必须经过确认，或者拒绝保存所有Cookie。但是如果拒绝保存Cookie，可能会限制需要登录的部分服务的使用。

5. 指定是否允许安装Cookie的方法如下。

① Internet Explorer浏览器：浏览器道具 > 网络选项 > 个人信息 > 设置

② Chrome浏览器：浏览器右侧设置 > 画面下方高级设置 > 个人信息的内容设置 > Cookie

⓷ 手机APP使用APP内部自带Cookie，会员无法进行包括删除Cookie在内的设置。

第九条（个人信息的保护对策）

公司就处理会员个人信息方面做出的措施如下。

1. 会员账号的密码是单向加密储存及管理的，因此只有本人知道，而个人信息的确认和修改也只有知道密码的本人才可以操作。此外，除了法令要求加密的密码、固有识别信息、账号及卡号外，对邮箱地址和手机号码等也进行加密保管。

2. 为了防止会员的个人信息因黑客或电脑病毒等被泄露或毁损，正在尽全力遵守《信息通信网法》规定的技术性和管理性保护措施等相关法令。

3. 尽可能减少处理会员个人信息的职员，并对其实施培训。

4. 会员为使用公司特定服务而上传的身份证复印件及存折复印件在达到使用目的后立即销毁。

第十条（个人信息管理负责人及负责人联系方式）

公司为保护会员的个人信息、处理咨询和不满，指定负责人如下。会员可向个人信息管理负责人或负责部门进行相关咨询或投诉。
